As an HR Administrator at Realeyes you will have two major responsibilities. One is to coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant sourcing and outreach, interview scheduling, background checks, and applicant disposition with hiring managers and supervisors.


Second is to serve as a first point of contact on HR issues, effectively communicate human resources policies, process, maintain, and file documentation to support HR policies and procedures, benefits and employee programs.


Responsibilities


Recruitment:

  • Work closely with the HR manager and Hiring Managers to create and post job advertisements
  • Review applications and interview applicants to determine suitable fit for the position and company
  • Enter all data changes into the HRIS; ensures all data in the system is accurate and complete
  • Correspond with candidates, managers and recruitment agencies to coordinate and schedule interview dates and times for phone interviews, remote interviews and in-person interviews with speed and efficiency
  • Provide follow-up feedback to candidates on status via phone and email
  • Accurately and timely update candidate workflow in our Applicant Tracking System


Administration:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ years’ proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience in corporate HR Recruiting role using applicant tracking software is an advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Great organizational skills with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
